The dates in the these diaries run from August 2019 to August 2020 and contains pages designed for personal information, telephone numbers and lots of notes and contacts. Each diary also features an elastic closure, ribbon for marking your page and a handy pen loop.
Same day despatch if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and advise a new dispatch date. All parcels under 2kg will be sent with Royal Mail. You can choose from the following delivery options:

Parcels which are over 2kg will be sent by courier. Please note, any parcel sent as Standard delivery cannot be tracked.Delivery costs are based on the weight of the final parcel and will be calculated at checkout.
International Delivery & Costs (Outside the UK)
Parcels sent to addresses outside of the UK are sent through International Airmail or International Airsure. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout and is based on your location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW DO I GET THE INK ONTO MY PEN NIB?
First, shake your pen. Use a piece of paper and push the pen nib up and down on
the paper to release
the ink from the pen barrel. Push the nib down on the paper for a few seconds and
repeat for around
30 seconds until your pen nib is fully covered in ink.
ON WHICH SURFACES CAN I USE THE PENS?
Our pens can be used on almost any surface and can be removed from any non-porous surface.
WHAT IS A NON-POROUS SURFACE?
A non-porous surface is a surface which will not absorb liquid. Examples of these are:
Chalkboards
Whiteboards
Glass
Plastic
Mirrors
Metal
Slate
Ceramics
Please note that MDF boards which have been painted with chalkboard paint may absorb ink as the surface could still be porous. We would recommend you use a further 3-4 coats of paint to ensure the board is sealed before using any chalk pens on it.
CAN THESE PENS BE USED BY CHILDREN?
Our pens are non-toxic, water based and xylene free. The pens are suitable for children over the age of three.
